I just bought the Cyborg II brand new. It seems comfortable enough, but the software crashed after 20 minutes. I had opened the software and a game, and programmed the keybinds through the software as I tested them out in the game. After about 20 minutes of doing this, I clicked into the program to change a keybind and the software stopped responding, then crashed. Now, whenever I open the software, it stops responding after approximately one second, then crashes.
I’ve tried:
- Restarting the PC
- Running the software as Administrator
- Running the software with and without the Cyborg II plugged in
- Uninstalling a reinstalling the software
I’ve had no luck with any of the above. The program still stops responding, then crashes, after only being open for about a second. Any ideas?
