Sorry to hear about the issue!
Take a look at where the grounding wire for the problematic wire is located in our -> circuit layout.
In your case it will be the T3/G wire.
Unplug the USB first, remove the palmrest by unscrewing the 3 deep recessed screws underneath the Azeron, locate the T3/G wire and remove it, check for any stuck insulation in the screw-in clamp, and reinsert the wire ensuring it is making a clean contact.
That should resolve the issue!
