Hello, I purchased a Cyro almost 2 years now and have noticed recently that the scroll wheel will randomly jitter and register the wrong direction. I can watch in the Azeron software that if I continuously scroll upward, the sensor seems to randomly register scroll down commands.
I have tried everything I can think of to remedy this. I've updated to the latest desktop software (2.0.2 Flatpak), updated and re-installed the latest firmware available (V111). I've even attempted to remove the wheel to clean and dust inside the physical housing. it still persists. I can verify that it's not an issue with the OS as I have connected 4 different mouses and none of them are able to replicate the scrolling issue and are able to smoothly scroll pages and game bars.
I am fully assuming that I am out of any warranty window, but at this point I don't know how to fix this without possibly just replacing the sensor. Any other help would be amazing. I really enjoy using my cyro otherwise.
