Issues with the beta software

I just started having issues with the beta software i have used for a year or so now so i have upgraded to the newest version and now my profiles/settings will not load. seems like the software does not acknowledge my azeron.

what software version did you update from ?
do you know what board version do you have installed?

Sounds like you will need a manual firmware reflash -
or
not sure which board you have installed
 
This usually happens when switching from the beta to the latest stable software. Try fully uninstalling the old version, rebooting, and reinstalling the new software

I ran into something similar before. When I updated to the newest version, it stopped recognizing my Azeron and none of my profiles would load either. What fixed it for me was restarting the software and unplugging/replugging the Azeron so it would re-detect the device. I also had to run the software as administrator once and it finally picked up the controller and loaded my profiles again.

If that doesn’t work, try reinstalling the software or checking if the device shows up in the device list in the settings. Sometimes the update resets things and the Azeron needs to be selected again.
