I purchased a keyzen september 2026. It works correctly except for this problem.
When the joystick is tilted only slightly, no problem.
But when the joystick is tilted all the way to the edge and then rotated a bit, or tilted to the edge a few times in a row, windows makes the noise and disconnects the device.
I can get it to reconnect and disconnect repeatedly if I keep rotating the joystick.
It happens even with no game running. But games are unplayable as a result of this issue.
The cord is secure. Wiggling it does not cause the disconnect either - only the joystick interaction does.
Tried factory reset, fresh install of software, update firmware, disallow Windows to disable the device in power settings.
I'm not using reWASD or any other virtual input software.
The issue is 100% reproducible within seconds. Every single time I tilt the stick to the edge and rotate, the device disconnects from windows.
What else can I do to diagnose the problem?
