Recently purchased a Keyzen (september 2026).
Product works fine until I tilt the joystick all the way to the edge, then it disconnects from Windows. If I continually rotate or pulse the joystick against the edge of the zone, it will rapidly reconnect+disconnect over and over. Games are unplayable atm (but it happens with no game running).
I noticed other threads about this issue and tried the suggested fixes to no avail. Re-installed software fresh, factory reset, updated firmware. Checked the cable ends, everything's tightly secured. Problem does NOT happen when wiggling the cable - only when using the joystick. Made sure Windows is not allowed to disable the device in the power settings. Tried different port, USB 2.0 - nothing fixed it. It is 100% reproducible - the moment I take the joystick to the edge of its field, Windows stops recognizing the device, every time.
What can I try? Or what diagnostics can I produce to help figure this out?
