New Compact won't go up with angle set to 90 degrees

Hello,

I have a new compact I just received and have it on the latest firmware. I have the analog set to 90degrees on Xbox 360 joystick but whenever I push forward it stills go to the left side instead of straight up. Any ideas what I could be doing wrong in the software?

I works while I have the Software button on, but when I flip it off and turn on the On Board profile it doesn't work.

It sounds like your on-board profile isn’t saving the analog rotation setting correctly. After setting 90°, click whatever option is used to write/save to onboard profile. Besides, make sure you’re editing the correct profile slot (the one active when the software switch is off)

Hey,

Check the attached screenshot which shows how to properly adjust the angle of the thumbstick.
Make sure to enable the global angle.
