Profiles out of Order and Software Occasionally Freezing (ver. 1.5.6)

Been having an issue for a few days regarding both the behavior of the software and my Cyborg I. Not sure if they're connected but they seemed to begin happening at the same time.

Software:
All of my software profiles re-ordered themselves and I can no longer just drag them into place like I had been. While I can move them, regardless of how far up or down I drag them, they will only move a space or two in whichever direction they are dragged. I tried deleting a few to see if I went over some kind of threshold but the issue persists. After verifying I had version 1.5.6 installed, I even did a fresh install which also has not alleviated the issue.
I was also a holdout on Windows 10 but just got Windows 11 installed which did not fix the issue either.

Cyborg (firmware ver. 96b):
Occasionally, when the joystick is in a diagonal direction while inputting two keys in "keyboard joystick" configuration (and using a software profile), the software will freeze and continue to hold those inputs until the Cyborg is disconnected. Upon re-connection, the problem goes away but usually occurs again soon after.
When I use that same profile in "on board" mode and completely close the software, the issue ceases completely, which should eliminate the controller as the source of the issue.

Again, not sure if the two issues are somehow related but they did start occurring around the same time.

reset the sw along with deleting the appdata.
Make sure you save the profiles before reinstalling the software

Does the issue occur on onboard profiles at all ?

Since it works fine in onboard mode, it really sounds like a software or profile corruption issue rather than the Cyborg itself. I would try a full reset by deleting the appdata and rebuilding profiles from scratch, then test with one clean profile first.

The profile reordering bug and the freezing behavior in keyboard joystick mode could indicate a conflict or instability in version 1.5.6. You might want to report this directly to Azeron support and check if there’s a beta version or firmware update that addresses these problems.
