Hello I was having zero problems with my azeron all the way until about four days ago when all of a sudden I restarted my pc and then I tried to open the Azeron program and nothing pops up. So I did a quick search online and found pretty much nothing. In those four days I’ve tried damn near everything such as plug and unplug each side of the cable in azeron and computer. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling completely from scratch. I’ve even tried running it as administrator to no luck. I’m almost to the point where I was just going to reset my whole computer because that’s how much I use this thing.

Did you delete the appdata with the software reinstall ?

This is an old thread, but I have experienced a (seemingly) similar issue. I eliminated my full-time 2nd monitor after getting my 34" widescreen monitor. Outside of gaming environments It's like using two monitors. Once I got my Azeron, I wanted a second monitor to display my Azeron Software keybinds while I was in-game. I tried out the iOS app called Duet which turned my iPad into a temporary second monitor. It was just what I needed.

If I start the Azeron App (and don't have the 2nd monitor in place) and I don't see it appear on screen, It looks like it isn't launching. But it is. It's just hidden where it would be if the second monitor was connected.

If that happens to you, right click the Azeron taskbar icon, choose "Move" and then touch the right arrow (may not matter which arrow key) then with your mouse you can relocate it to your main monitor.

This may not have been the OP's issue, but thought I would post this potential solution.
