Why can't i lock it? (video)

Sorry to hear about the issue!

Please try to tighten the marked screw in the attached screenshot.
It is deeper inside the rail, between the two screws that adjust the tower distance.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, please email us at info@azeron.com, the issue is most likely with the joints.
